EXPERIENCE

Spenser is an associate attorney with German • Burnette & Associates. Since being admitted to the bar, Spenser’s practice has primarily been centered around representing public entities and officials in matters involving the New Mexico Tort Claims Act, employment, and education law.

In law school, Spenser focused on Natural Resources and Environmental Law, serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Natural Resources Journal and earning the Natural Resources and Environmental Law certificate, as well as interning for the City of Albuquerque, Department of Interior, and the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission. He was awarded the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Program Award in recognition for his service to the program and the law school.
